Detox Dressing

  • 1/3 cup yellow or grainy mustard

  • 1/4 cup ACV (apple cider vinegar) or umeboshi plum vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp Stevia

  • 2 tbsp veg stock

  • pink himalayan salt & pepper to taste

Mix together & store in an airtight jar-shake before each use and refrigerate for up to 1 week
