Protein Packed Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt (2% to 4% is best)
  • ½ cup diced pears or ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts
  • ⅛ cup Coconut Clusters (from Costco)
  • 1/4 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Serve right away (so the clusters don’t get soggy!)
