Sometimes life gets busy, and you're firing on all pistons getting all of the things done that you need to. For me this weekend, that was attending The Wellness Business Summit while ALSO attending my daughter's dance recital on the Saturday morning (in a different city). It was understandably exhausting and I slept ridiculously well last night, and woke up this morning feeling refreshed and back to normal.
But what if you're exhausted ALL THE TIME? What if there are other things going on at the same time like not being able to lose weight no matter what you try or feeling like you're walking around in a fog, or starting to see your hair falling out just a little bit faster?
If you feel like there's something else going on, odds are you're right, and VERY often that 'something else' is your thyroid.
Your thyroid can be the missing link when it comes to finally just losing that weight, getting your energy back and actually feeling like you can get out of bed in the morning without hitting snooze 3 times first and then drinking an entire pot of coffee.
