Nutrition SHOULD Be Naughty

When I started in this field, I felt like I had to give up all of my favourite things (like wine & chocolate), eat an almost vegan diet and then magical things would happen to my health, my weight & my energy.

Guess what?  It totally didn't.

So I loosened up.  I stopped caring about what the judgy health & wellness world thought.  I started having the things I loved again (that nightly glass of wine for one).  I picked foods that worked for me and my body based on the goals that I had.  And when I decided that I really wanted food that didn't fit those goals, I had some.  Then I went right back to the way of eating that works for me.

That might sounds simple, but it's REALLY hard to find other like minded people in this industry.  That's why I was SOOOO EXCITED to hook up with Mirna & Jenni of The Naughty Nutritionists.  If you want to feel good about food instead of restricted by it you should watch this video.  It's a great conversation about healthy ways to look at nutrition and fat loss.  It will make you feel good about food after you watch it.
