Negative self talk.  We've all done it.

"I suck at this"

"It won't work...I'll try it, but I know it won't work"

"I can't lose weight not matter how hard I try"

"I'll never be able to __________"

This weeks expert interview focuses on the connection between the things you subconsciously believe about yourself, how you express that and how it manifests itself in your body.  

I'm a big believer of negativity attracting negativity in every aspect of life, and this interview was such an amazing peak into WHY this is true (and from a scientific perspective, which you all KNOW is my jam).

If you're having a hard time seeing the positive.  If you're first instinct is to put yourself down, or automatically assume that you CAN'T do something, then this interview is a must watch.
