I know. No matter how you say it, blood sugar just isn't sexy or exciting. Maybe that's why nobody really gets why I talk about it soooo often?
But blood sugar is, in my opinion, the MOST important factor when it comes to weight loss. If your blood sugar isn't where we want it, it's basically impossible to manage hunger, get cravings under control and actually accomplish any goals whatsoever (at least when it comes to nutrition).
