My Top 5 Reasons To Eat A High Fat Diet

Fat is kind of my favourite thing.  You probably already know this if you've been following me for any length of time, but if you didn't, then there it is.

Fat is important for sooo many reasons...hormone balance, weight loss, skin quality, metabolism, heart health, brain health, the list literally goes on and on.  

If you've spent your life believing fat is bad, and that low fat foods are the way to go, then you should probably tune in to this weeks Vlog to hear the top reasons that I LOVE fat (Video is linked below).

A quick word of caution though: there are many different ways to eat a high fat diet.  You can increase fats in your diet successfully whether you are vegan, vegetarian or a full blown meat loving carnivore.  You can try a hard core keto diet or a more moderate higher fat diets.  Basically, there is no wrong way of upping your fats, and you don't need to get caught up in labels.  Start by moving past your fear of fats and see what feels good from there.  Questions?  Leave a comment on my video or send a message!
